Making a bowl…

Here’s another in-process segmented bowl coming together. This one had me cut up some very old cedar. The edges were really soft, so the joints weren’t at clean and tight as I would have liked. So I thought to put some epoxy over the joints. As I was mixing the epoxy, I saw some fluorescent green mica powder that called to me. So it will be interesting to see when the project is done whether any of the green will show up.
